Are Your Skincare Products Staying True To You?

Hello lovelies! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year! I decided to take the holidays away from here and focus on friends and family. My last post was all about the ingredients you find in your everyday beauty routines. For those of you who read my last post you're probably now looking at the back of each and every one of your products to see if the ingredients I listed previously are hiding in there. Well.. chances are, now you'll find them. It's frustrating to find so many products made with hidden chemicals that can alter your health.

Last year, is when I started my journey to Green Beauty. I was tired of always being on the "lookout" for new products that continually kept my skin nourished and clear. Needless to say I went through countless products before I realized it was all about the ingredients found under that tiny little Ingredients inscription.

Have you heard the saying "Less is More?" Well.. lemme tell ya, when it comes to beauty products that saying rings true. The best types of beauty products you can find on the market today, are the products with easy to read ingredients, and ingredients you are familiar with. Such as natural oils, plants, etc. It's all about the natural ingredients created for your health in mind.

I am here to share with you some of my absolute faves so far

My current skincare product routine consists of True Botanicals products.

Every morning and night I wash my face with their Hydrating Cleanser, and to moisturize I use their Hydrating Oil which is goals.

Key Ingredients include:

  • Green and White Tea

  • Green Tea Seed Oil

  • Aloe Vera

It doesn't get any better or greener than that. Yes, I am bragging about them, because my skin has drastically changed. My face feels nourished, and it's staying clear! I am also in love with the Lavender Shea Osmia body bar from Osmia Organics.

I resonate with Dr. Sarah Villafranco, as she started her career as a Physician in Emergency Medicine. She considers Osmia as "her own medicine for your skin". The Lavender Shea body bar not only smells delicious, but it lathers onto the body and leaves my skin feeling pure, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The ingredients she uses are pure gold.

I follow my skincare moisturizing routine by using Abbey Lane Farm's Lavender Body Oil, it's the perfect way to freshen up the skin after a hot shower, and the moisture it leaves is a must for your daily routine. Jasmine from Abbey Lane Farm's is the sweetest, you can find her Natural Body Care on Etsy.

Meanwhile I would love to hear of the organic beauty products you are using and loving!
