Procaffeinating (n.) The Tendency To Not Start Anything Until You've Had A Cup Of Coffee.

Coffee.. a magical brew from God himself. Coffee has taken over.. we start our days off with the hot or iced version. We think about it, dream about it, and always wonder when we will have "IT" again. Am I right? And not to mention, we are total coffee snobs. Whether you like Starbucks, Dutch Bros, Dunkin' Donuts, Cutters Point, Seattle's Best, you have to have it.

Maybe you like to save money and make your own at home, but you have a specific brand you have to have, because otherwise it just wouldn't taste right.





But have you ever realized all of the chemicals you're filling your cup up with?

For the longest time, I swore by the French Vanilla creamer from Nestle Coffee Mate.

If I didn't have "my creamer" I wasn't having coffee.


It wasn't until a year ago when I started my Detoxify Life journey that I realized just how many chemicals are hiding in our everyday food. The first one I noticed was in my everyday cup of coffee.


If you look at the Ingredients list on the back of your creamers, sauces, and syrups you will likely find a load of sugar, hydrogenated soybean oil, artificial flavors, added colors, and carrageenan. No wonder they don't expire until NEXT YEAR.


Imagine what these fillers are doing to your organs, not to mention why you are struggling with losing that "mid-section." Okay we all struggle with that, but your daily coffee fillers are a huge reason why.


Carrageenan is an ingredient that is widely used in the food industry.

It is used to thicken, stabilize other properties, and cause a gelatinous effect.

It creates a thickening agent which is supposed to make the product visually appealing.


Not only is it found in creamers, but you can also find it in yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, etc. This could be a huge reason you are struggling with digestive health, and feeling "sluggish" all the time.


After realizing how much these properties were affecting my health, I switched to drinking only tea daily. Because of the amount of shifts I hold in the ER, the caffeine amount in the tea just wasn't doing it for me. I wanted to find a way to be able to drink coffee without the after affect of those chemicals. I wanted to improve my digestive properties in a clean way.


So that's how I discovered Bullet-proof Coffee.. And I want to share with you!

Bullet-Proof Coffee

  • Brew up 8 oz. of your favorite blend ( I use the Kona Beans from Winco, any will work.)

  • 1-2 scoops of Vital Proteins Coconut Collagen Creamer (For non-coconut lovers, there are other brands with different flavors.)

  • 1 T of Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ghee Clarified Butter

  • 1 T Pure Maple syrup (adjust to liking)

  • 1 T cinnamon (optional)

Blend up in a blender, this will create a frothy creamy coffee.

If you don't have a blender, you can stir but I recommend blending for creamy properties.
